Logistics Operations Lead - Klaipėda

A Logistics Operations Lead will manage internal logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of materials within the manufacturing area.
This includes leading inventory management strategy to maintain physical and system accuracy at all times,
monitoring financial and KPI performance as well as initiating corrective actions to achieve productivity goals.
The role also involves driving quality programs to prevent incidents and eliminate non-conformities,
and providing coaching to develop team capabilities in daily management systems
a nd support technical and professional growth of each team member.Responsibilities:
