We are looking for a team leader who knows how to successfully organize work, and develop a team, and who has the necessary ability to search and the competence to occupy this position. You will lead the team members of your group, and cooperate with managers of other departments, suppliers, and partners.

The company develops and supplies computer cash systems and mobile computer equipment Auto ID for trade, manufacturing, logistics companies, and other enterprises.

WORK

• Organization of group (call center and remote work) work, planning, delegation of tasks, implementation of assigned projects and quality assurance of solutions
• Monitoring, analyzing and evaluating the group's activities, as well as making suggestions for improving the performance of this department
• Communication with partners: administration of the necessary information
• Customer service, consulting, communication by phone, e-mail. by post
• Preparation and presentation of reports/statistics
• Collaborating with other departments, business processes and service managers to analyze, evaluate and implement the best solutions
• Organization of new employee selections

SKILLS REQUIRED

• University or advanced education
• Communication, management of stressful situations (advantage)
• Experience in a leading position, an advantage - in customer service activities
• Leadership qualities that allow you to develop a team and help achieve team results
• Ability to motivate colleagues and create a great working environment
• Knowledge of English / Russian is an advantage
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (advantage)
