About the Role

Join our team in Lithuania to collaborate with dedicated professionals in the finance sector, working on exciting projects that support the technology needed to keep functions fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve complex business problems by analyzing different business topics and providing insightful solutions.
• Analyze data using statistical techniques and prepare reports based on the results.
• Prepare data and analysis, and present it in visually attractive presentations.
• Ensure that the data is accurate and of high quality.
• Establish priorities for business and information needs in conjunction with management.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of test methodologies, processes, and tools: Agile, JIRA.
• Effective analytical abilities, proactive mindset, and a heightened sense of urgency, enabling efficient task prioritization and swift resolution of user issues to prevent operational delays.
• Skilled in Excel, well-versed in accounting functions, proficient in employing data analysis techniques related to accounting.
• Financial industry knowledge.
• 2- 3 years of relevant experience.
