Asset Administration Analyst - Vilnius, Lietuva - Alter Domus

Alter Domus is looking for a new Analyst to join the team in Vilnius. It's a great opportunity for professionals to advance their career with a top administrator in alternative investments. This person will work with the Asset Administration Team in Debt Capital Markets Operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Navigate and master external and internal software systems to access necessary reports;
• Collaborate with teams to ensure prompt responses to inquiries;
• Handle documentation by entering data accurately into the system;
• Deliver exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and issues;
• Organize and manage computer files according to protocols;
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks while escalating issues when needed.

Asset Administration:

• Manage financial instruments within internal systems;
• Update security records using market data platforms;
• Extract and disseminate market data based on business requests;
• Prioritize client onboarding activities with business partners.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred;
• 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Credit & Structure Products;
• Ability to research and solve problems independently;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to excel in a high-volume data-entry environment;
• Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities;
• Willingness to work effectively under deadlines.
