Job summary
The Patient Billing Specialist will perform quality assurance checks on order processing to ensure accurate and timely release of orders; administer invoice generation and invoice delivery tasks for customers across the assigned portfolio of countries; review new customer account setups to ensure we have accurate billing data including controlling and correcting master data files; collaborate with other teams to investigate invoice queries and resolve any billing discrepancies or errors; analyze various billing reports on a regular basis.
