Job summary
The company is looking for a foundational engineering leader to build and scale its technology hub in Lithuania. This is not just another Engineering Manager role.This is the first and most critical hire in the region — someone who will represent the CTO locally, build the team, and take full ownership of engineering delivery in Lithuania.
- Build and scale a local engineering team (10–20+ people)
- Lead backend, frontend, QA automation, and DevOps functions
- Start hands-on and gradually transition toward broader leadership and delivery ownership
