Senior Accountant, Cash Management - Vilnius

Job summary
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join Cash Management Team in Vilnius. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments for vendors prepare and perform check runs post transactions to journals ledgers and other records reconcile general ledger and accounts payable transactions prepare analysis of accounts monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date correspond with vendors respond to inquiries provide supporting documentation for audits maintain accurate historical records develop understanding of systems transactional knowledge to assist Key user in testing for changes participate in team problem solving knowledge management provide training development of new team members as required provide daily guidance current team members complex case solving participate in Process harmonization projects initiative lead assist Team Leader ad hoc project tasks deal internal external customers/vendowith facilitate outgoing payments correctly on time record comprehensive information about paid payment status vendors ERP systems process clear transactions bank supporting general ledger accounts reporting requirements communicate Accounts Payable ensure smooth outgoing payment process communicate group local treasury departments cash forecasting requirements.
