    Our client is expanding and is looking for hands to join the team - ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

    Our client is a market leader, their products and services are designed to create the right environment for key manufacturing technology to maximize the potential of production facilities and employees.

    The employee will be responsible for the quality assembly of the product or its part according to the drawing, written or verbal instructions provided to him. Takes care of the tools entrusted to him, services them: charges batteries, lubricates, replaces worn parts, cleans, informs about malfunctions. Takes care of the workplace and the environment: arranges, puts tools and parts in their designated place, following the rules and procedures in force in the company.

    Collection objects:

    • Modular lightweight construction LOGIFORM;
    • The company constructs mechanical devices: conveyors, elevators, other devices.
    • Products distributed by the company: machine tools, packaging equipment, etc.

    The assembly technique(s) performs the following main functions:

    • According to the drawing, specification, assembly order or verbal instruction of the manager, cuts profiles, connects them to structures with the help of electric tools, using screws, rivets, glue, fasteners and the like;
    • Prepares individual parts: receives, transports, unpacks, processes surfaces if necessary (grinds, polishes, cleans, washes, lubricates), drills, mills, threads, etc. if necessary.
    • Checks the quality of the collected product, labels it in accordance with the procedure in force in the company, properly packs, transports and sends it.
    • Independently finds out unclear areas, and when he sees an opportunity for improvement, he makes suggestions;
    • If necessary, assists engineers or other technicians in performing operations where assistance is required;
    • Behaves professionally while working at the client's facility, focuses on high-level customer service;
    • Follows other instructions of the manager related to work matters;
    • Submits reports in accordance with the procedure in force in the company. The Assembly Technician(s) reports to the Technical Manager.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum education: secondary;
    • Minimum work experience in the industry: 1 year;
    • Ability to read simple mechanical drawings;
    • IT knowledge: general ability to use apps on a smartphone;
    • Diligence, diligence, duty and responsibility.

    Trial period 3 months. Productivity incentives will be provided after the trial.
    Basic salary Gross 1500. A Gross +100 "All is well bonus" is added every month if the technician does not make any violations.
