Role Overview:

As a Travel Agent, you will serve as the primary contact for travellers, assisting them via phone, email, and live chat. Your goal is to offer clear information, handle requests efficiently, and ensure customers enjoy a smooth and stress-free travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with travellers in a friendly, professional, and supportive manner across phone, email, and chat

• Assist with bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel-related inquiries

• Provide accurate information and practical solutions to address customer needs

• Maintain detailed and well-organized records of customer interactions

• Identify complex or sensitive cases and escalate them following established procedures

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution

• Meet service quality standards and performance targets consistently

• Stay up to date with travel policies, procedures, and industry developments to deliver high-quality support

Requirements:

• Fluent in Danish (C1/C2 level)
• Fluent in English (B2 level)
• EU Citizenship or Residency Card
• 0-1 year of experience in customer support
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow
