Qualifications
- Strong background in Meta Ads especially in high-volume creative environments
- Proven experience writing detailed creative briefs for creative teams
- Able to analyse ad performance data and translate insights into actionable creative direction
- Persuasive direct-response copy skills with understanding of direct-response frameworks
