Job summary
We are PHOENIX Business Services, an international team of 160 colleagues operating as a Shared Services Centre based in Vilnius.We deliver financial, accounting, procurement and IT services to our company the PHOENIX Group,
the largest pharmaceutical and healthcare provider in Europe.
The accountant will be responsible for requesting and supporting customer master data maintenance,
processing receipts (electronic bank statements) credit control activities (
dunning value adjustments/write-offs),
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE PERIODIC CLOSING ENSURE UNDERSTAND AND COMPLIANT SERVICE DELIVERY ACROSS PHOENIX EUROPE AGREED POLICIES PROCEDURES ACHIEVE PERFORMANCE QUALITY STANDARDS DEFINED RELEVANT SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS ASSISTS IMPLEMENT INITIATIVES IMPROVING EFFICIENCY EFFECTIVENESS ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE TRANSACTION PROCESSING SUPPORT MENTOR JUNIOR TEAM MEMBERS ACHIEVE PERFORMANCE QUALITY STANDARDS AS DEFINED IN RELEVANT SERVICE-LEVEL AGREEMENTSMaintain cooperative professional relationships with stakeholders manage stakeholder needs expectations
Degree in Economics or Business Administration preferably majoring in Accounting Approximately years experience in the area of Accounting Experience Accounts Receivable processes complex international business environment Intermediate knowledge Finance end-to-end processes Must have experience with SAP Excel Must be proficient English written spoken
