- Collaborate and communicate with the external and internal client to ensure high level of process quality related to the client's services and production
- Work with insurance, pensions, banking, payroll administration and HR systems tasks
- Manage correspondence and documentation
- Participate in different projects contributing for process improvement
- Participate in learning sessions and training new joiners about work types and processes
- Prepare of reports and analysis
- Have good spoken and written Danish / Norwegian / Swedish (B1 and above) and English language skills
- Have good analytical skills
- Have good communication and time management skills
- Be customer focused and have a positive attitude
- Having working experience with MS Excel would be an advantage
- Having experience in Finance / Insurance / Accounting field and / or related studies would be an advantage
